With assisted living, our trained care associates can help with things like medication management, bathing, dressing, mobility and coordination with outside healthcare providers. We’ll do the cooking, cleaning and home maintenance, so you have more time for singalongs, yoga or curling up with a good book. Our elegant dining room will serve you delicious and nutritious daily meals, with entrees like lemon baked chicken and vegetarian pasta – and don’t even think about doing the dishes!
Our industry-leading Clare Bridge memory care program leads residents down a daily path of enrichment, helping them nurture their current skills and explore a variety of new hobbies. This includes research-backed activities like brain-boosting games, gentle fitness classes and music and arts events. Plus, our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.
As a resident, you’ll choose your apartment from a variety of floor plans, each pet-friendly with large sunny windows, a spacious living area, and a private bath. You’ll love lounging in the fireside living room, staying active in our fitness center and being pampered in our on-site salon. Additional amenities include scenic walking paths, a private dining room, garden courtyard, library and concierge service. And if you’re looking to stay active, we’ve got everything from bingo to movie nights, social hours and scenic drives through the Blue Ridge Mountains.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The community is absolutely beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and it truly feels like home. The staff is amazing—kind, caring, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond. The management team is wonderful and truly makes you feel valued and welcomed. The dietary department also does an excellent job, and it is clear that so much care goes into every part of the residents' experience. Overall, this is an absolutely wonderful community with an incredible staff and such a warm, home-like feel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where people are genuinely cared for and treated like family! ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 5 stars are not even enough for this community and staff. Even though this community is 100% occupied, they still went above and beyond to help me and my family. My mom has dementia, and finding the right care and support for her was extremely important to me. Although they did not have an opening available, they took the time to provide me with other references and connect me with people and resources who could help. I am going to call Kyleigh back about gettingy mom on the waiting list, which gives me hope for the future. From the moment I walked in, the staff welcomed me with open arms and made me feel supported and cared for. It truly meant so much to me that, even though they could not immediately take my mom, they still cared enough to help me find other options. That kind of compassion, kindness, and genuine concern says so much about the heart of this community. I am so grateful for the way they treated us, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate community for their loved one. ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have heard nothing but wonderful things about this community! More than one of my family friends has spoken highly of the care, compassion, and welcoming atmosphere here. In addition, I have heard amazing things from over 20 members of my church who have either experienced this community personally or know someone who has. When that many people you know and trust continue to speak so highly of a place, it truly says something! The positive word of mouth, genuine recommendations, and wonderful experiences shared by so many have made a lasting impression on me. This community clearly has a strong reputation for caring for people and making families feel comfortable and supported. Based on everything I have heard from family friends and so many members of my church family, I would absolutely give this community five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kristin and her staff are phenomenal. They treat my father and our family with kindness and respect, and they always keep me updated on my father's health and activities. This is truly an outstanding facility. My father is happy here and that really says it all. Update: After nearly two years at this facility, I can honestly say the level of care continues to be impressive. Just spoke with Kristin about some adjustments to my father’s care and she is already making the changes to help make this stage of his life better. I continue to believe Brookdale has one of the most caring staffs of people around. Great care and great people.
