Our initial introduction to Brookdale Finneytown Senior Living facility was to get a respite for me, my wife, and family. My family's experience has greatly improved with Brookdale and gives us a peace of mind with my mom, who has been in the Memory Care Unit for over one year and one-half. In the beginning of our experience, there were turnover issues with staff, however, since new management has been in place, Brookdale has great staff to keep their patients safe, clean, and involved in several activities. My mom's health and wellness have greatly improved along with the interactions with other patients and staff. If anyone is in need of a safe, bright, positive environment for their family member, Brookdale is a place with continuous improvement and awareness of the needs of their patients, families, and staff. My Aunt has been at Brookdale Finneytown for a year. She has a very progressive dementia and can be a handful at times. The staff is patient with her and redirects her emotions very well. The facility is well kept and they have lots of activities for the residents and their families. Overall, we are pleased we chose Brookdale.

We love Brookdale! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Administration is available to residents and their families. The grounds & facility are beautiful and well maintained. Lots of activities for the residents and there are also events for the residents & their families.

Brookdale Finneytown has been under new management now for a year or so. While things in past were less than desirable, I can see noticable positive changes happening now. Consistant staffing, less agency staffing is being used, and a responsive health and wellness director and executive director. Improvements to dining and food have been made. While there is room for improvement with quality of food, they are making strides toward continued improvement. Improvements have also been made to response times when life live buttons are pushed by residents.
