We moved my Mom to Emerson Brookdale from Texas back in March. She is really enjoying her time there. She especially enjoys the activities planned by Carol, the Event Organizer! The have multi-cultural events, museum field trips, magic and musical entertainment as well as seasonal events with entertainment. Mom is having a great time and we appreciate Carol so much for all she does! Did I mention the activities? Last week they made gorgeous fall wreaths! There is flower arranging, rock painting and flower pot painting! Thanks Carol for keeping your residents entertained and engaged!

I want to give a huge thank you to Teresita Garcia and the entire staff at Brookdale Senior Living, where my uncle, Jaimie Andrade, resides. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism they show every day is truly exceptional. From the moment I moved my mom into Brookdale of Emerson, I knew she was in good hands. The team of nurses and Caregivers is great. They are kind, highly responsive and even encouraged me to take a vacation as they saw how stressed I was. When my mom needed pre-surgery cleansing, they took control and did not even charge extra. Teresita, Activities Director has been doing a wonderful job with my mother.!!! My mother is in the memory care section and Teresita always has creative and fun activities for the residence, and make sure that my mother does not spend too much time alone in her room, which was a concern of mine when she moved over to that section . It’s a lovely facility, the food is amazing ! They basically have food that is homemade and my mother is very happy with the food there. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone in need of long-term care and assisted living.
