This may be the most important review you ever read because it relates to you caring for a parent or loved one. Arbor Terrace has met or exceeded every expectation that we had for both of my parents. The staff consistently demonstrates expertise and sensitivity in the provision of elder care. The physical facility is beautiful and well-maintained. The team is caring, insightful, and steadfastly dedicated to the health and happiness of residents. Even the food is pretty good, and significant dietary restrictions can be accommodated. No place is perfect. When mistakes happen, Arbor Terrace is accountable and responsive. My siblings and I are beyond grateful for the safe and comfortable harbor it has provided our parents, and you will be too. Carlos runs an amazing kitchen and dining service, Terry is terrific in reception, and Lori is wonderful in Memory Care (called “Evergreen” at Arbor Terrace). Call Marissa NOW and breathe easier because you will have taken your first step toward caring for the person you love.

My very independent 95 year old Mom celebrated her 5 week anniversary at Arbor Terrace Norwood on Mother’s Day. It was a wonderful day for all of the family that visited Mom. We started with a delicious buffet brunch ( the food is excellent) and enjoyed the festive and loving atmosphere at Arbor Terrace. Those who were visiting Mom at Arbor Terrace for the first time were so impressed with the staff (everyone knows Mom’s name,), the immaculately clean facility and the overall atmosphere. I have to admit that Mom was a little skeptical at first, but she is quite happy at Arbor Terrace now. Our family is overjoyed with the sense of security we feel for Mom at Arbor Terrace.

Arbor Terrace of Norwood is a truly special place. The team is warm, professional, and incredibly dedicated to the residents and their families. Every time I visit, I’m struck by how welcoming the atmosphere is — from the friendly front desk staff to the engaging activities and thoughtful care. They go above and beyond to create a vibrant, connected community where everyone feels valued. My sister and I went for a tour at Arbor Terrace. The place is beautiful for all they after for the elderly even the memory care. Marissa was so professional and pleasant to give us all the details for loved ones that stay at Arbor. Amazing presentation. Great facility for elderly!
