I have been an entertainer at Arbor Terrace Norwood for many years. It's a beautiful facility and one of my favorite communities to go to. My experience has always been a positive one. The residents are always welcoming and it's obvious that they enjoy living there. The staff are all professional and engage with the residents. The facility itself is always clean and beautifully decorated throughout the year, creating a nice environment. I would highly recommend this wonderful community!

Arbor Terrace Norwood is a beautiful community, both inside and out. As a mobile notary who visits many assisted living facilities, this one truly stands out. The staff are consistently warm, professional, and caring, and the building and grounds are exceptionally well maintained. My 74-year old brother, who is recovering from surgery for NPH (perhaps soon to be called "Billy Joel Disease"), has been at Arbor Terrace for 3 weeks. His experience, even at the relatively young age of 74, has been world class. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and highly professional. The nursing staff is thorough, attentive, empathetic. The residents are friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and beautiful and the food is excellent. My brother's experience has been so positive that we will be staying for an additional month, at which point he will be more than ready for 55+ or independent living. If you or a loved one requires assisted living, this is the place to stay!

Staff is so nice and knowledgeable. We love working with Arbor Terrace! They really care about their residents and have so many activities to keep them busy and entertained.
