Arbor Terrace Norwood is a beautiful community, both inside and out. As a mobile notary who visits many assisted living facilities, this one truly stands out. The staff are consistently warm, professional, and caring, and the building and grounds are exceptionally well maintained. I just visited Arbor Terrace in Norwood, New Jersey. What an incredible place! Every person I met had a smile. I even got to dance with the culinary manager. Residents are at the assisted living or memory care level. The staff are very on top of making sure everyone gets out, gets social, and gets their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs met. My sister’s been living at this lovely, calm, immaculate, cozy-comfy community for approximately 3 years now. Even found herself a devoted boyfriend! But for me, what I love, is that after bringing my sister back to Arbor from the hospital yesterday where she underwent emergency surgery…the staff was on it!!! They took immediate care of her, knowing exactly what to do, what supplies to order for her aftercare…I did not have to do a thing!! I left my sister in the arms of her boyfriend, comfortable in knowing she was getting the best care possible. Thank you Arbor!!!

My 74-year old brother, who is recovering from surgery for NPH (perhaps soon to be called "Billy Joel Disease"), has been at Arbor Terrace for 3 weeks. His experience, even at the relatively young age of 74, has been world class. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and highly professional. The nursing staff is thorough, attentive, empathetic. The residents are friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and beautiful and the food is excellent. My brother's experience has been so positive that we will be staying for an additional month, at which point he will be more than ready for 55+ or independent living. If you or a loved one requires assisted living, this is the place to stay!
