It has only been 10 days but the staff are pleasant, helpful and have a caring attitude. My family member is in memory care, certainly an adjustment for the person moving in but the nurses have been fantastic, food is on a schedule and is good. The business office is great as well as the front door staff. I would recommend Brookdale PV.

Maintenance workers do a great job. Housekeepers are very good. When I was sick, caregivers were there right away to help me. The staff and other residents are very nice. Transportation is very good. They get me to the doctors and take us out to eat and shop. Entertainers at happy hour are wonderful and the exercise classes keep us in shape.

Brookdale Central Paradise Valley is an amazing place. My mother has been residing there for approximately 15 years. She is basically independant, yet staff are there, aroud the clock, to assist when needed. She loves bingo, the entertainment, the very attentive and friendly staff, her own apartment, the special events, and the environment as a whole. She basically does not need to leave there since a podiatrist and beautician comes to Brookdale. It is the best move we ever made for my mother.

This was by far the worst senior living facility we have ever experienced. They have a complete lack of compassion . Their health and wellness directory should not be working with families or elderly. Her complete lack of compassion and kindness was evident from day one. She is missing a sensitivity chip and I do not recommend sending your loved ones here. We only lasted a month and a half there.
