Both my mom and dad are current residents now for about two years, and my father- in law was also a resident for a short time during hospice before he passed away. My parents have really enjoyed the community with making friends, enjoying social outings before COVID and have remained safe and healthy during this trying time. Arbor Place is well managed by Gary who ensures that residents feel cared for and does the best he can to meet everyone's needs. He has been great with creating holiday spirit and a sense of home for both residents and family members. His commitment is rooted in his core values. My FIL was cared for with respect and my husband was so thankful for the kindness that he and his father received during such a sincere heartbreaking time of loss. I have made many friends at Arbor Place that are residents and employees. You just fall in love with those that love on your family members!

My mom has been a resident of Arbor Place for a year now. I am so happy she is there. They do so much to keep the residents happy, healthy and involved in the community. Mom enjoys the daily exercise class and bingo. She walks around the parking lot when the weather is nice. She always feels safe. Arbor Place does a variety of activities and tries to keep the residents engaged. They follow health guidelines. They are social distancing to keep everyone safe. I don't know what I would have done without everyone at Arbor Place this year. They have been there when I couldn't. They have done so much to take care of her needs. They give me peace of mind. I always know they are there for mom. My family and I are grateful for all of the employees at Arbor Place.

We searched long and hard for the perfect place for Dan when he needed to move to an assisted living facility. Brookdale Arbor Place was hands down the best option for him. The staff is exceptional, nurse to resident ratio the best, food fabulous, and activities perfect for all levels of needs. The atmosphere is energetic and alive! I feared in moving Dad to an assisted living facility thinking he would go dragging his feet. To the contrary, he loves it so much there and never wants to leave! The care everyone receives there is SECOND TO NONE!!!! I promise you can't go wrong with Brookdale Arbor Place - in fact, it will set your mind at ease knowing your loved one is well taken care of.

Mom has been a member of her Arbor Place family for over two years. She loves hanging out with all the new friends she has made, she loves leading BINGO and Sit and Be Fit is part of her daily routine. I have complete peace of mind knowing she is so well cared for by Gary, Victoria, Loretta and all her wonderful aides. Chat with them and you will see what I mean. 8 year update: Overall, I have been pleased with Brookedale Arbor Place for mom She thinks it is a fun place to live and she has many friends and activities keeping her busy. My only complaint is the quality and standard of care I have been seeing slide over the years. When I first moved her in 8 years ago, Director Gary, Chef Brice, Sales Manager Victoria, and Activities Director Gloria made this place home for mom. The food was delicious, every holiday the whole grounds were decorated, inside and out, there was sing alongs, and visiting musicians and entertainment weekly. Now the food has declined, I see much more processed and repetitive food instead of Brice's home cooked delicacies with the biggest meal in the middle of the day, both much more important to our health, especially as we age. I would like to see Brookedale Arbor Place go back to this high quality level of service, care, and experience.
