Very noisy building and old building! Way too many activities going on at the same time. No help whatsoever when you need it. Low pay for employees so they hire anyone! Housekeeping is a joke! Fifteen minutes to clean a one bedroom apartment because they don’t have enough help. They drain your money while yearly increase your rent. Promise after promise with no results. Very bad place to live for your retirement years.

Visiting at Cogir Mill Creek is a enjoyable experience. Staff are pleasant, facility is clean, many daily activities are offered and clients get three well balanced meals. Come see for yourself.

Cogir Senior Living Community in Mill Creek is a warm and welcoming place for seniors. Losing our dad unexpectedly, we were at a loss as to what to do with our mom who has moderate dementia and could no longer safely live on her own, but was not ready for any type of a nursing home. Meeting with Kevin in the sales office and touring the well kept grounds helped us navigate such a big decision for mom and her dog, Zoey. Kevin and his counterpart Shawn showed us care and compassion from our very first meeting as they worked diligently as a team to find us the perfect independent living apartment with the amenities that were important to us. Not only is Cogir conveniently located, onsite they host numerous events and activities. Music, bbq’s, holidays and even a classic car show. Housekeeping, laundry service, various dining options and concierge services available. You will also find on the premises church, cinema, billiards and they even have happy hour. Cogir not only makes sure that mom is doing well, but also treats family and friends like we are part of their community. 5 months in and Mom and Zoey are both social butterfly’s and happily living their best lives with all their new friends at Cogir.
