Bridges by EPOCH at Hingham

My mother has been at Bridges by EPOCH Hingham for over three years now. I am based in the UK but despite the distance, I feel reassured that mom gets the care that she needs and deserves. I always feel welcome by the management and staff whenever I visit.

I can't say enough about Bridges in Hingham. I have a person in my life who has been a resident there for 4 years. The care is personal, and professional. I can say everyone in the building knows my friend, her name, history etc. They know that because everyone there takes the time to speak with her. The activities they offer are upbeat and engaging. They always make everyone feel special. They always find something/ someone to celebrate. I have visited early mornings, afternoons and evenings .. the care given on each of these shifts is wonderful. The building, courtyard is lovely, but honestly the people are what make Bridges so special.

My loved one has been living at the Bridges in Hingham for 4 years and we couldn’t be happier with the loving care and clinical oversight she receives. Most importantly she is happy there! They have created a strong sense of community between the team members and residents. The Bridges in Hingham truly has a special family feel which gives us all such peace of mind!

The team has established a substantial level of trust with both myself and my family. The concierge and front desk personnel are also noteworthy for their effectiveness and hospitality. They coordinate medical, social, and administrative tasks efficiently, allowing families to remain informed and organized regarding our responsibilities. Their efforts ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Both the dining services and facilities receive commendation. Meals are nutritious and flavorful, special dietary requests are handled capably, and the premises are maintained to an exemplary standard of cleanliness and modernity. The food service and facilities staff interact positively with residents, frequently addressing them by name and taking the time to engage personally. Lastly, the Bridges Executive Team demonstrates exceptional leadership. Having had good experiences with other assisted living communities, I can attest that the quality of management at Bridges greatly exceeds expectations. The leadership team has successfully built and retained a highly competent and empathetic staff, implemented an effective care model, and maintains transparent and regular communication with families. They are consistently approachable, responsive to concerns or inquiries, and well-informed about my mother's health needs. Overall, the executive team manages the residence with outstanding professionalism. My family and I are extremely grateful to have mom residing at the Bridges – Hingham.
