My mother is 96 years old and came to Brickmont in April,2025. She was originally in the assisted living room upstairs and now is in memory care. I am extremely happy with the memory care unit run by Kay. She is absolutely wonderful!!! Kay is always loving and kind and comes up with many activities!! The food was not good when my mother came in April but thanks to the new director Evelyn Watkins, it is excellent now! Evelyn has worked hard to improve so much! She brought in a chef that produces yummy food and it is so noticeable! The staff that works with my mother have been so kind!! Janet, Stanley, Stephen, Kinya(sp?), Ruth, Jennifer are faces I see more often when I visit during the day but the night staff are also very kind. Unfortunately I don’t know many names on the night shift. (I hope I didn’t leave out anyone). Tapestry hospice has been very helpful and a newer CNA Kaile and nurse Antonia are so appreciated by me. Caroline at the front desk is always sweet as is Evette and Lauren who sings beautifully. The facility is very clean and the all inclusive services of laundry and housekeeping is excellent! I was very concerned initially about memory care but I now know that my mother is being well cared for!

I was a resident at Brickmont for one full year. My experience at Brickmont for the most part was very positive. I would like to take this time to say that the new executive director is wonderful. She’s new since I moved out but she has made a tremendous improvements. Evelyn took time from her own personal life to ensure that Brickmont made very positive changes. Evelyn has hired a lot of new staff to improve the Care there at Brickmont and it is so good to see the improvements. Michelle (chef) unmatched. She is the best Chef l've ever known at Brickmont Woodstock. I was disappointed though by the other staff they have had here - Compared to Michelle the other Chefs didn’t try to make any changes Michelle came in trying to make the residents enjoy their food (she's super friendly, chatty, detailed thorough, and smart) as opposed to the food the residents received in the past.

Our Father went to Brickmont back in May. He was sick with cancer, but we didn't know how long he actually had left to live. The staff at Brickmont were excellent to him. They became like a second family to him. Tiffany, Ann, Theresa, Evette, Paul and Evelyn were all very attentive to his and our needs. They would call us and provide updates. We visited as much as we could, and they always welcomed us. Our Father passed away this past week and again, the staff were so helpful. They worked with the hospice team and made his passing much easier for us. I would recommend Brickmont to anyone considering Asst living in the Woodstock area.

Brickmont has been home to our 100 year old father for six months. We chose Brickmont Woodstock because of the location, and the cost effective all inclusive care they offer. We appreciate the care he receives from the wonderful staff. The concierge staff, the Activity director, Evette, and the Asst. Activity director, Lauren, are wonderful! His med tech team, Tiffany and Riko, and his caregivers, Malcolm and Rita, are very attentive to his daily needs. Since our father has been at Brickmont, there have been some staff changes. The new Executive Director, Evelyn, has only been there for a few weeks, but is so committed to improving the Brickmont community. We are happy to be a part of it.
