My aunty has been a resident at your facility for about two years now in Memory Care, and I wanted to take a moment to express how much of a positive change I’ve noticed in the community since the new Memory Care Manager started. I am now seeing my aunty engaging more, socializing, and participating in activities that reflect the things she loved doing when she was living independently. It has truly been heartwarming for our family to witness. From the very first day I met Brittany, she was pleasant, professional, and genuinely compassionate toward the residents. On several occasions while visiting my aunty, I’ve personally observed the care, patience, and attention she gives not only to my family member, but to others in the Memory Care community as well. My family and I are truly grateful for the wonderful work Brittany and the aides in the Memory Care unit are doing each day. Their dedication, compassion, and commitment to the residents do not go unnoticed, and we sincerely appreciate the positive impact they continue to make.

Huge thank you to Anna Mayer! You have gone above and beyond the call of duty. You have made the stressful process of transitioning our Mom to an assisted living facility more tolerable for our family. We appreciate your dedication and compassion. Overall, every staff member has been professional, courteous and kind.

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Robin (Robby) who cares for our 101-year-old grandma. From the very beginning, she has treated her with such tenderness, dignity, and genuine compassion. At this stage of life, comfort and trust mean everything, and she gives both so effortlessly. She doesn’t just do her job, she cares. She speaks to my grandma with patience, respect, and kindness. She pays attention to the little things. She makes sure she’s comfortable, clean, and peaceful. And just as importantly, she reassures our family. We trust her completely, and that kind of trust is priceless when it comes to someone you love so deeply. It takes a special kind of person to care for someone who is 101 years old. It requires heart, gentleness, strength, and empathy, and she has all of it. Our family is so grateful for her presence during this time. This facility is incredibly lucky to have her. She deserves recognition, appreciation, and every good thing that comes her way.

My mother n law recently passed. Not at this facility. She was put somewhere else. She kept falling hurting herself. Alway ending up at the hospital. Their negligence and care for the memory care patients is appalling. You go up in the elevator and the first thing that hits you was the stench of old urine. Her room reeked with the smell of urine. Her bed was disgusting because they didn’t keep her dry and clean. Having dementia they tend to forget things. She lost her teeth her glasses and the facility was of no help. She had trouble eating but the people made food she could not cut up and chew cuz her teeth were missing. They could not even keep staff members they kept quitting and going elsewhere. Not to mention one of the caretakers was arrested for abusing a memory care patient. The price you paid for memory care these older people should have the best care! What a rip off. There was no dignity for my mother n law.
