Bloom at Willow

My Mom is 'flourishing' in the memory care unit at Bloom at Willow. I visited more than seven facilities before selecting Bloom for my Mom and selected it for numerous reasons: The administrative staff made my mother feel welcome from day one, inviting her to lunch during our tour, making her feel like a special guest; The administrative staff put forth extraordinary effort to assist me with housing my mother in their facility; The outside porch ambiance is reminiscent of a home environment which is comforting to my mother who enjoys the outdoors; The ratio of staff to residents put me at ease regarding care. During my mother's months at Bloom, I've been very pleased with her level of care. She is always well groomed; Her room is always clean; Medications are dispensed appropriately; Mealtimes are consistent and nutritious. I appreciate the smaller, homely, family feel at Bloom. The facility isn't so large that it feels like a hospital or 'manufacturer' of care. A few of the care givers have become like family to my Mom, having built a relationship with her. I had a instance where I had to contact two of the directors during a weekend for an insurance issue and they were very responsive. They made a point of assuring me it wasn't a bother/intrusive of me contacting them out of office hours. Although some individuals may be interested in larger, more corporate facilities, I like the smaller more family oriented accessibility of Bloom whereby you're able to know all the individuals you're doing business with and able to communicate with them. I simply feel Bloom at Willow is the perfect fit for not only my Mom, but also me, in I can sleep at night knowing she is being well cared for. Thank you Bloom at Willow staff, you are all a blessing to me and my Dad. You have taken such incredible care of him, from helping him get moved in there, to making him feel so comfortable and welcome, to following up with him during his hospital visit. You are providing incredible care for him, and I cannot thank you enough. I also want to thank each of your staff who have remained in touch with me regarding every step of the move-in process, getting paperwork completed, answering my many questions, and keeping me informed about my Dad's care. You have all been so quick to get back to me, and help me stay informed. My Dad feels very welcome and at home there. I can never thank each of you enough for all you do for my Dad, and all the residents there at Bloom. May God continue to bless and keep you all.

I’m very pleased with the care and services provided at Bloom at Willow’s . The staff is always warm, attentive, and genuinely caring toward the residents. My grandfather has settled in wonderfully and is truly happy here — which means the world to our family. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers great activities that keep residents engaged and social. I have peace of mind knowing he’s in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

Bloom at Willow has always been one of my favorite communities! Kourtney and her team have done a miraculous job with the overall Welcome feeling when you walk in, the residents are happy and employees are always smiling. I was a Regional for this community 3 yrs ago with another company so this makes my heart happy to see this community doing so well! Thank you Bloom of Willow Team!!🫶🏻🙏🏻
