I cannot say enough positive things about Amanda and the incredible experience we had at Bickford. From the very first phone call, she made us feel welcomed, informed, and genuinely cared for. In what can be an emotional and overwhelming time for families, Mandy was a steady, compassionate presence who guided us with patience and clarity. What really sets her apart is the perfect combination of professionalism and warmth. She took the time to understand our family’s unique needs, answered every question thoroughly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The tours were organized, thoughtful, and tailored specifically to what mattered most to us. Amanda was always prompt in following up and made sure no detail was missed. Because of her support, we felt confident and at peace placing our loved one in the care of Bickford It’s not just a facility—it’s a community, and a big part of that feeling started with Amanda . If you are considering Bickford , I highly recommend connecting with Amanda Beaudoin. You will be in the best hands

My dad has been a resident here for awhile now. He has severe dementia. It's rough watching him go through this. Bickford and it's staff does an amazing job at caring for him. He could not be at a better place. The staff members are long term. Most have been there for many years. They actually care about their residents and family's. If you have concerns, there is always someone that you can address that with promptly. We appreciate all they do.

The activity department is excellent. I’ve attended several of their community events and my family had a blast each and every time! Highly recommend!
