Angela H. was very helpful on our first night checking in, reviewing all of the paperwork with us in a very thorough and professional manner. The staff was very friendly and the nurse manager was very caring and kind at discharge, going the extra mile for our family.

All nursing homes are the same, no compassion no caring for any of the patients... While the big guys on top make all the money..... Amazon prime there's a documentary that you can watch called no country for old people!!!! If more people would watch this they would know better to put their loved ones in a nursing home

Working with Angela in the business office has been great! She is knowledgeable, kind and has been so helpful walking us through my mother in law’s stay at St. Gert’s in Shakopee! I’d highly recommend asking her any questions you man have about skilled nursing homes and insurance coverage!

To date, I have only had telephone calls with various people at St Gertrude’s. All of these calls have been very helpful and have solved everything they needed so far. This was an unexpected circumstance so I was very pleased, as Mary Baker’s Power of Attorney, to be able to answer their questions and also have my questions answered satisfactorily.
