Benchmark Senior Living at Plymouth Crossings is simply the best. They set the standard for all other assisted living communities in the area. Ashley Roberts and her team have built a culture of kindness, respect and support for each resident and their families during a period of life that can be stressful. There is a happiness and lightheartedness among the staff that is rare. They make everyone else feel at ease. Most importantly, they understand life can be messy at times and they work with families through tough decisions and transitions. The facility itself is very well maintained. The apartments are bright, sunny, clean and modern. Benchmark at Plymouth Crossing gets my highest recommendation and Ashley, Nancy and Sue get my deepest gratitude.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who lived in the memory care unit at Plymouth Crossings for six months. I truly cannot say enough good things about this community. Leaving a parent in memory care is a deeply emotional process, but the staff provided me with complete peace of mind knowing my mom was in the best possible hands.From day one, Ashley Roberts, the director, went above and beyond to make me and my family feel comfortable and reassured during the transition. The care staff quickly became just like family to us, showing unmatched kindness and compassion every single day. Joanna, the activities director, was fantastic—she always knew exactly how to engage my mom, keep her moving, and bring joy to her routine. Even the food was amazing, especially their incredible soups!Unfortunately, I recently had to move my mother closer to where I live on Cape Cod. If I could have physically moved the Plymouth Crossings building and this exact staff down to the Cape with us, I would have done it in a heartbeat. I am so deeply thankful and grateful for every single person who took care of my mom. They are absolute angels.

My 94-year-old father while still living at home on his own was experiencing mobility issues leading to many falls along with confusion and dementia. After spending three weeks in the hospital, we decided the next course of action was to move Dad to an assisted living facility with memory care. After much research and many facilities tours we decided on Benchmark Senior Living in Plymouth. I cannot tell you how relieved I was that we had made the right decision. Starting on day one we experienced the care, compassion and attention to detail that Benchmark had to offer. Benchmark put him on a daily schedule and quickly brought him back to his prehospital levels. All the nurses and staff have kept me constantly updated on his condition. He raves about the gourmet meals to all his visitors. We are not sure what the future holds for Dad, but we do know that Benchmark Senior Living will support him and our family. Thank you to Sue, Ashley, Erika, and all the nurses and aids. Everyone has been wonderful.

I can’t speak highly enough about Benchmark Plymouth Crossing! My brother had lived in other AL facility and Benchmark is head and shoulders above the rest in all areas. From the first day everyone made my brother feel welcome. I think the entire staff…from administration to the CNA’s, food service, and facilities…all stopped by to say hi and warmly welcome him! My brother has complex medical issues and everyone was patient and supportive. The CNA’s always provided care with a smile. A special shoutout to Carrie and Brady for always going the extra mile! When circumstances required my brother to move to skilled nursing, the administrative staff couldn’t have been more helpful! Nancy, Ashley, and Sue all helped us navigate the transition and provided incredible moral support! Thanks to you all!
