My 96 year old mother lives here, and I'm truly grateful for the level of care and compassion she receives every day. What stands out most is the genuine kindness of every single associate, the support staff, nurses and managerial team. They don't just do their jobs, they take the time to connect with residents and their families in a meaningful way. In the past almost 3 years, my own personal concerns and questions about my mom's changing needs and care have always been welcomed and addressed thoughtfully and in a timely way. My mother is nearly blind and the staff consistently makes sure she gets to the activities she enjoys. Someone is always there to gently escort her, ensuring she feels comfortable, included rather than isolated and, most importantly, safe. It's clear they are paying attention not just to her needs, but to her dignity and quality of life. One of the most touching things is that everyone knows her by name and greets her with a smile. That personal recognition makes a huge difference and shows that residents aren't just numbers here, but individuals who matter. Thank you to entire team for the care, patience and warmth you show every day. It brings our family real peace of mind.

I highly recommend Benchmark Hanover. The Executive Director and her leadership team made the process so easy. And, once my friend moved in, they were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. The aides, nurses and the receptionists are second to none…so caring and genuine.
