First time visiting, outside looked very nice, very impressed inside, staff was very friendly to us. Staff to our aunt and uncle were very attentive to their needs during dinner. The food looked tasty, our aunt wanted a different dinner which they accommodated with three alternative meals. People around looked happy and busy. Very impressive.

My dad was here. Proper And timely administration of his medication was a huge issue they went 90 days without doing his glaucoma medication. He had multiple falls the rooms are not adequate for anyone with mobility issues, he would press his pendant for help and wait more than 30 minutes routinely. Some of the staff were very argumentative they had to fire one of the directors while he was there. He was there less than 6 months and out of that 6 months he had to spend at least three with me and for the 3 months that he was there I had to go there almost every single night to do medications myself as they'd "run out". They gave a dementia patient a stimulant in the middle of a psychotic episode. I can't say enough negative things about this place. He nearly died from a fall. He died there. The plan for a very long period of time was to let him age peacefully and gracefully in his own home battling Parkinson's and Lewy body dementia. I was his full-time caregiver for 5 years he never fell once he never had any incidents. This place is the worst I would not let them care for a dog. It goes without saying there are many many outstanding people who work there I don't mean to diminish them or their efforts they were heaven sent. This place promotes from within and I have a culture and a practice of protecting themselves instead of a culture in practice of accountability. If you're reading this review you're finding it in a sea of five-star reviews left by guilt-ridden family members who dropped off their elderly family members and forgot about them. I was 110% Hands-On with my dad's care This place is a train wreck.

My mom moved to the memory care unit at Benchmark in December and she has never been happier! She absolutely loves it here and we do too! We are so relieved that we found such a great community for her to be apart of where we know she is being well taken care of. Tatiana is the head of the memory care unit and goes above and beyond and always keeps us updated! All of the staff are so friendly and caring, from the nurses, receptionists, to activity coordinators they have all been so great! You can tell they truly care about the residents. There are so many different activities every day and my mom has had so much fun. I would highly recommend Benchmark to anyone!

We love this place for our mother! My mother is in the memory care unit there, and they treat her like family. Tatiana runs the memory care unit and she is awesome, and so is her staff! Tatiana arranged a birthday party for my mother there, creating a great day for everyone! My mother had a wonderful time! Thank you Benchmark!
