My mom lived in Belmont Village only a short time before cancer took its inevitable toll. I wish it had been longer because she was happier there than she had been in a long time. This retirement community doesn’t knock you out with a lot of glitz; instead, it’s warm and comfy and even a little intimate. The best parts are the staff, the residents, and the food. That’s pretty much everything! The location was also a real plus; it’s so easy to get to, and having a lot of stores nearby made it convenient to pick up what Mom needed day to day. Don’t underrate this facility; it’s really special.

Excellent Facility with staff that are compassionate and work to serve the residents. The Management Team is also very good and solve many needs of everyone that steps through the door.

Worst place to place your loved ones, they have no activities being done for end of life neighborhood, they took away their entertainment and expect them to go to another floor knowing their comfort zone is in their own area. They don't supply any supplies and expect their employees to use their own money for even basics, construction paper, scissors ect. If you really want your loved ones to have a quality of life look elsewhere. Management is terrible and bunch of favoritism and nepotism and if you speak up for your residents or rock the boat they find reasons to fire you or make your workday miserable till you quit. The caregivers Crystal, Ariel, Cece, Shelia, Sandra, and Michelle Enrichment leader are amazing and deserve a Management team that actually cares about their residents and employees. This place is a forever joke. And Carrie is the worst Director and needs a new one asap one who actually cares. ALSO this is what they are feeding your loved ones......

Belmont Village provided an exceptional experience for my dad during his 60-day respite stay following his stroke. From the very beginning, their team went above and beyond to facilitate his transfer from rehab, making the entire process as smooth as possible during an incredibly challenging time. Upon arrival, my dad was warmly welcomed, and it was clear that the staff truly cared about his well-being. Everyone was friendly, the food was great, and his room was cozy and comfortable. The staff handled everything for us, which was a huge relief. The PT/OT team was also excellent—dedicated, knowledgeable, and supportive in his recovery. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and attention my dad received at Belmont Village. Their compassionate approach made a difficult transition much easier, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of respite or long-term care.
