Tons of surprises with contracts and paperwork. No experience with Trusts.Around $2,000 a month more than average, and the only one that doesn't have a veterans discount. Staff are great much better than the competition, but corporate oversight is an anchor.

I went in today to get information and se the facility and I was so impressed by the staff and the facility. My first impression was it’s clean and if you walk in it’s smells like home not like your normal nursing homes. Everyone is caring and the patients all look happy and well taken care of. This facility is 100% were I choose for my loved one. They have a beautiful court yard and the activities they have for the patients is great

We tried to admit my mom there but had nothing but problems and never got her admitted. However in the meantime they cashed our $3000 admittance check and we still have not received a refund. The check was for admission but she was never admitted by Belleview Heights which means they should never have cashed the check. Belleview Heights really let our family down.
