My wife, Lee and I have lived at Parkside Village for 2 1/2 years. Management personnel all performed their jobs well and are open to suggestions. We like the pricing structure. Rent is month-to-month and offers flexibility to meet future unknown needs. There is one cost monthly that includes 24 seven food cost—no variable food plans, no extra charge for having meals delivered to your room. The garages are available within six months. Managers provide monthly briefings on current problems and solutions for them. Program Director provides an abundance of activities—card and domino games, bingo, billiards, Beach volleyball, happy hour every Friday with live music, which is a favorite of ours. The chef provides very good food daily. Once a month, he provides a banquet for members who have birthdays in that month. The menu and food are outstanding. For these reasons, we have enjoyed Parkside and recommend it.

We have lived here for 4 months and love it. You feel the warmth and friendliness the first time you walk into the lobby. The fish pond and waterfall are so welcoming. The amenities are very good -- washer and dryer in every apartment, housekeeping once a week, three meals provided every day (along with 24-hour snacks from the Chef's Pantry and the soft ice cream machine) and the managers live on-site. There are numerous activities, something for everyone, including field trips. We have an excellent executive chef with a wonderful kitchen and dining room staff, so our food is superb with a wide array of choices every day, an expansive Sunday brunch and fantastic holiday meals. It's been described as living on a cruise ship on land, but it offers even more than that with no long lines, much larger apartments with more amenities, and a great location in the southeast Denver metro area with easy access to shopping, entertainment and medical facilities, in a walkable neighborhood with some nice trails.

I had an excellent tour and parkside was very beautiful and clean. Very well done. The apartments were fairly large some with mountain views. Plenty of activities. Food was okay. Shirley

My mom lived in several assisted livings before finding Parkside....I wish we had started there. The staff is professional while being very kind and caring. The residents have an incredible culture of inclusion. My mom was so well cared for during her time there and she made a lot of great friends. I recommend it to all of my friends with aging parents. They have found the perfect model for senior living, especially for someone who is ready to downsize but not ready for traditional assisted living, and the food is amazing!!!
