I went to tour yesterday for my aunt. First thing we noticed was the foul smell. 2nd there was a lady that was by dinning room we thought it was lunch time. Someone came up to her told to go upstairs events where going on. When we were going up by the elevator the smell of pee or bm was horrible, When we got 2nd floor rooms where nice. Patients where not being attended to so like 3 passed out sleeping uncomfortably on chairs upstairs, when we got there was another person outside sleeping unattended. Price was too much for the lack of hygiene, place to small. all they have was a mini golf course, and a bodge ball that didn’t see anybody playing. No nurses no doctors the physical therapy room was super tiny that’s why they can only have one on one. Wish is good. No Drs in case you need one. We were there over an hour didn’t see any aids attending to patients or nurses. If I’m gonna have a loved one in your permisses that’s what I expect staff to look after them. I don’t wanna imagine what your lock down unit with dementia patients looks like. Very sad to see elder people not taken care of properly. Should have taken photos but didn’t. Bella Mar it’s nothing Bella about it.

Last nights event (Trunk or Treat) was a great event for the kids. Although there was an individual who was trying to take handfuls of Candy away from the kids. After requesting not to take hands full of Candy, this individual was hostile and using profanity in front of all the guests and children. She did not have children with her, (reason why asked not to continue to grab hands full of Candy) she was highly unprofessional. Christie, the Marketing Director was very professional in how she handled the situation and we appreciate all the hard work she puts into this community.

I moved my Mom into Inspired Living Royal Palm in September 2021, and regret no doing it sooner. She was in another Assisted Living Facility prior, where the cost went up every year while the quality of the food, care, activities and conditions of the building got worse. I finally made the move after a new executive director and director of health and wellness came and proved extremely difficult to work with. My Mom is 90 and while perfect from the neck up, needs a lot of physical assistance. She was reluctant to leave her former, familiar facility but once settled, describes the difference as being like the difference between day and night. Her room is three times the size compared to her last facility, and beautifully appointed. It is light and bright with a stunning, accessible bathroom. The building at Inspired Living RP is brand new, and an uplifting physical environment. The food is amazing; the menu is varied, and residents can choose options off of the all day dining menu if they don't like the two entree choices offered for lunch and dinner. Chef Evelyn does an outstanding job! The director of health and wellness, Tonya, is a compassionate soul who has addressed any health concerns I have had in a timely fashion. Christy, the sales director has gone above and beyond since day one, and is always a text or a call away if I ever have any concerns. The entire team exudes such pride in their facility and I enjoy excellent communication with them. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how my Mom enjoys the many various activities offered at Inspired Living Royal Palm, and must give credit to the sweet driver Laurie who transports Mom to her various doctor appointments. I feel we are getting excellent value to money, and would highly recommend considering it for your loved one!

I will admit that I was a little anxious entrusting our beloved mother to a bunch of complete strangers as I had no prior experience in Assisted living facilities and had never envisioned that her life would take this turn. She was immediately welcomed by some other residents who helped her settle into what would become her new home. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff are very kind, patient, knowledgeable and it is apparent that they clearly love their job. I have eaten several meals with my mom and the food is tasty with a wide variety of choices. One of the things I like the most about her new home is the abundance of activities she can choose from. My mom always stayed busy and it became increasingly difficult to find things for her to do prior to living here. There is a baby grand piano which she plays frequently for the residents ( now her friends and family). Life is good! Thank you Inspired Living for giving us peace of mind and for helping my mom thrive in a way I thought was no longer possible. Carolyn Lilly
