Having to make the decision to move both Mom and Dad to an assisted living was very difficult on everyone. Mom and Dad were needing more and more care but also needed to feel a level of independence and dignity. Mom and Dad were even able to stay together at The Barrington which meant the world to us and them. The facility is beautiful and clean and the staff is amazing from the administrators to the medical staff and the aids, the people on the front desk, the kitchen staff as well as the cleaners, laundry staff, activities staff and the maintenance people. The staff goes out of their way to get to know the residents and make them feel comfortable. They couldn't be more kind, caring and compassionate. We are grateful for people like Jane and Chris who always have a kind word for the residents and make them feel like they still matter. We are grateful for the aids like Glorious who will make sure the residents are taken care of in a dignified, friendly way. We are grateful for nurses like Rose and Tiana that take such great care of our parents and are always accessible if we have a question or concern. We are confident in knowing that The Barrington is putting the the residents care above all else. After having a bad experience at a different facility, we really really appreciate The Barrington Terrace! We are Blessed.

We’ve had my husband in this assisted-living community for over three years now and it has been a very good experience. We’ve been pleased with the level of care he’s received and grateful for the peace of mind it has brought our family. The community is very clean and well-maintained, which was one of the first things we noticed. The staff is generally kind and attentive, and many have formed real connections with my husband, helping him feel comfortable and supported. As with any care setting, we’ve found that staying involved and communicating regularly with the staff has been important. When we’ve had questions or requests, the team has been open and responsive, and we’ve always felt like partners in his care. We’re thankful to have found a place where my husband is safe, cared for, and treated with dignity.

I am satisfied with Barrington Terrace. It is a clean facility. Service is good. Gazebo is nice and well kept. The building grounds are beautiful. Healthcare is outstanding. The staff has remained good and consistent.

Barrington Terrace of Fort Myers is a great place! The staff are warm, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. The community feels comfortable and inviting, with clean, cozy rooms, great food, and lots of fun activities to keep everyone engaged.
