Azalea Park

My dad lives here, has been here for 5 years. He loves it, and so do I. The staff is the best, caring and take care of any issues that may come up. This place is very central, near The Villages outdoor shopping mall, restaurants, Publix, Target. If you are looking for a new renovated beautiful studios and apartments come checked them out. Will post pictures with new furniture and renovations. Also the hair salon is open again, and for those looking remember this is independent living, but even thought it is independent living the staff is always looking out for their residents. They make sure to check up on them if they don’t come down to eat more than 2 times a day just to make sure they are ok. They know all their residents and their needs. They are also under new management, Frank is Amazing and everything will run very smooth with him as the Executive Director, Lana, Amanda, all the staff they are amazing. Thank you for all you do for my dad.

I am moving in 7/31/2026 and couldn't be happier. For one price, you get an apartment and so many amentities, too many to list here. Some of the best are 3 chef-prepared meals per day, utilities included in the price, housekeeping once per week, salon & spa, fitness center, Chapel, Happy Hour on Friday WOO HOO LOL, Library, Game and activities room, and so much more. All for one price that is much less than you would pay for rent, utilities, cable/internet, etc. Marissa was amazing at showing me my unit and giving me the floorplan so I can plan out where to place the furniture. I am downsizing quite a bit, but I like that. I've accumulated years of stuff, and can easily sell things on Marketplace, keeping only sentimental and personal items. (For example, I have a shoe store full of shoes, time to downsize (lol). Thanks so much to Marissa and Lana for helping me get a new home where I will be much happier than I have been.

I am very happy here at Azalea Park with my new friends and family!I have been here 3 years and love the activities outings and all we do here! The staff from Frank the Executive Director,Lana the business office manager,Amanda concierge manager,activities director Jules, maintenance manager Cody and our amazing bus driver Greg thank you! The dining room staff works so hard and always do whatever we can to make our experience the best! The housekeepers do a great job cleaning our rooms! Chef and the kitchen staff are attentive to all our needs! If you want to have a fun and relaxing place to live come to Azalea Park! Marissa the Sales director is so informative about everything at Azalea and makes your move in so pleasant!

It's best home you will ever have. The staff is wonderful. The manager is top notch. He always has a welcome open door all the time.
