Azalea at Hamilton

My father has been living here, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he receives. The rooms are always clean, the atmosphere is friendly, and the food is great. The food service, and therapy staff are all amazing — so kind, attentive, and professional. Johnny in Sales is always friendly and helpful, and the residents are incredibly welcoming. The monthly family dinners are such a nice touch and really make everyone feel included. Denise and Tracey and their Med Techs are wonderful . Theynare quick to respond to my fathers needs. The General Manager John, is very responsive and truly cares about the residents and their families. We have such peace of mind knowing my dad is in such good hands. Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely fantastic facility with the best management and staff I could have hoped for. The facility is clean, spacious, and appropriately equipped for the care they were providing the patients I've seen. My Dad has been living there as independent living resident for 3+ years. The caretaker teams are communicative, dedicated to their patients' needs, and are very accommodating to any requests our family members have. As more family members came to visit, each complimented our choice of facility and the very high level of customer/patient service that the facility provides. In a joyful coincidence, one of the caretakers came from the same hometown as my Dad and knew many of our relatives still residing there. This placement is a perfect match. The facility is grand and beautiful. The location is perfect, there are some nearby parks that residents can leisurely stroll in or savor a cup of coffee at a local cafe like Panera Bread, which is located just a short distance away. The community is also conveniently situated near essential services like CVS Pharmacy and RWJ Occupational Health, so residents have access to necessary healthcare and medication if needed. Additionally, the nearby St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church offers a place for spiritual reflection and community engagement. My dad has been attending the masses and making friends at the church. I am forever grateful for the home and services that Azalea at Hamilton provide us. They treat us like loving family and understand every difficult phase and trial presented by Dad's condition. The facility feels very homey and less institutional like some others we looked into. We really liked the layout of the rooms as well. I highly recommend if you need to put your parents somewhere, this is a GREAT facility!!!!

My father is a resident in Azalea of Hamilton. Our family feels very lucky to have found this facility, which is located less than 20 miles from our house. We are so thankful for the amazing job John is doing at being the General Manager, the great job Megan is doing as the Life Engagement Director, as well as the fantastic job the nurses and aides (so many to name) are doing. The staff at this facility are wonderful and loving in the care they give my dad. We would highly recommend sending your loved ones to Azalea! Two thumbs up!!!

I want to take a moment to recognize Med Tech Allison at Azalea of Hamilton for her outstanding professionalism and compassionate care. From the moment she walks into my mom's room, Allison brings a calm, reassuring presence that makes my mom feel truly cared for. Her attention to detail, prompt response to needs, and genuine kindness set her apart. Whether it's managing medications efficiently or taking the time to explain procedures with patience, Allison consistently goes above and beyond. She treats my mom with dignity and respect, and her dedication to her well-being is evident in everything she does. I just want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Teresa in the Wellness Center. She is truly a gem—so patient, kind, and compassionate during times when you need it most. No matter how overwhelmed you feel, Teresa has a way of making you feel heard and supported. She never makes you feel like you're a bother, even when you're at your most vulnerable. Her presence alone brings comfort, and her gentle approach is something I’ll always be grateful for. Thank you, Teresa, for being such a light in the Wellness Center! Azalea of Hamilton is lucky to have people like Allison and tresa on their team. Their work makes a real difference, and it's deeply appreciated by both residents and families alike.
