They are so personal and loving with all the residents. I would really like to say thank you to Maria. She is so wonderful. And the activities director Jennifer. She is also so amazing with everyone. I also want to thank all the staff for taking such wonderful care of my father-in-law Larry Wilson.

I had such a great experience with moving my mother into Avista Senior Living. The staff was extremely helpful, and friendly and if they did not have the answers of what is needed, they quickly found answers. The staff even helped me with the move since I only had to move 2 blocks from where mom was staying. My mother needed more care, and it was a quick move and moved because the cost was the same as where she was staying but the care is much more for the same cost. The facility is very nice, quiet, and all the staff, and nurse members are extremely helpful and will do what is needed for the care of my mother. It is hard to find this kind of care.

So after I placed my dad here, I wanted to see how well things played out for him, what kind of 'feel' I got after several visits, getting to know the staff, the food, and to see how my dad was being cared for and what his own thoughts were. Well, I can tell you I am delighted that all is going really well! He is living a calm peaceful life in a terrific room, the staff is respectful and personable, well-prepared food is nutritious, and the facility always looks clean and very well kept(everywhere!). My dad seems to be doing really well, stable, receives good nursing care, and stated he is happy here. So FIVE STARS for Avista (formerly called Franklin Place)!

I placed my 95 year old mother at Franklin Place in June. I was very reluctant but could no longer safely care for her. I spoke with Diana and several staff members before placing her. After in depth conversations and research I was confident Franklin Place was the correct facility for her and her care needs. I placed her during Covid19 and the staff was incredible and allowed us to safely get her room customized and decorated with familiar items and pictures from home. The staff updated us with her care and health routinely. They always encouraged me to call at anytime for updates. The Franklin Place staff also allowed us to safely see her and visit her. They provided full PPE for safety and followed all procedures. The staff took a personal interest in my mother and “fussed” over her. My mother was able to move her precious cat companion with her and I know this was great comfort to her. I recommend Franklin Place for your loved family member. My husband even commented we should reserve a room for ourselves.
