I had hip replacement surgery in April 2026 and this is where I came from my rehab and I could not have been more pleased or happier. The food was great the care was wonderful the physical therapy was awesome my only complaint was the most uncomfortable bed that I had in the whole wide world. I would highly recommend Avalon Springs for anything that you have to get done as far as rehab is concerned the care was expertise. My insurance covered 100% of everything

A Positive Rehab Experience for My Mother My mother was recently a rehab patient at Avalon Springs, where the nurses, caregivers, and staff were consistently kind, attentive, and responsive to her needs. Penny, head nurse of the Rehab to Home program, was outstanding and kept me regularly informed about my mother’s progress. Billie in Administration was also a wonderful resource and a genuinely kind person. Mom has nothing but praise for the therapists, who worked diligently with her and helped her regain the strength and confidence to get back on her feet. The food was delicious, and my mother thoroughly enjoyed her meals during her stay. She is now home and living her best life, thanks to the wonderful care she received at Avalon Springs.

This is a review of PT. I ASKED FOR MALE THERAPIST as my wife doesn't respond to female as well as males for what ever reason. She has only seen male maybe 4 times out of 37 days and she shows little progress in my eyes. They do what ever they wish, as a outsider I don't believe they look at the interest of the patient and wishes of the family.

My mom was here for rehab after her fall, I couldn't of asked for better help. The communication was great with staff and they were very friendly. My mom actually liked it there. She is an amazing cook, makes the best meatloaf and she actually liked the food. I don't think I would ever go to another facility. I highly recommend Avalon Springs.
