Spoken with several families about this facility. Everyone shared that they had an excellent experience with this assisted living community in Foster City. Right at the moment they walk in, they were impressed by how welcoming, clean, and well-maintained the facility is. Their staff is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, always taking the time to treat residents with dignity and respect. The care team truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and engaged. Communication with families is clear and consistent. Activities are well-planned and varied, helping residents stay active, social and happy. Meals are nutritious and thoughtfully prepared, with accommodations made for individual needs and preferences. It’s clear that this community prioritizes quality of life and creates a warm, home-like environment. I am grateful to the team at Atria Foster Square! Especially Gary, Gunnison, and Freddie, Executive Director for their outstanding support during an urgent hospital discharge over Christmas week. During a time when many are hard to reach or slow to support, this team jumped in without hesitation to ensure everything was handled with care, urgency, and attention to detail. Gary even went out of day of do to an assessment and Freddie worked all Christmas Eve on finding the best possible for the family. Their responsiveness, clear communication, and genuine commitment to resident care during the holidays made a challenging situation so much smoother for everyone involved. It means a great deal to have such reliable partners. Thank you!!

Every time when I visited my friend in memory care at Atria at Foster Square, she was busily engaged in some kind of class activities. I have been invited to participate in Chinese NewYear calligraphy and lion dance, Making Your Own Ice Cream Sundae, Carnival Day, Labor Day BBQ… the food was always restaurant quality and all the residents I met loved living there. They say the staff are courteous and loving. I like the light-filled layout and patios.
