The community comprises 128 apartments for adults 55 and over — including studio apartments, one, two, and three-bedroom suites, and a variety of floor plans. Ashwood Square Retirement is all-inclusive, providing five-star services on a month-to-month basis. A single monthly charge includes all services, utilities, phone, cable, and internet.
Spacious common areas feature a 150-seat state-of-the-art theater, library, billiards and game room, conversation areas with fireplaces, concierge lounge with bar, flat-screen TV, game tables, superb fitness and exercise room facilities, spa area, laundry facility, and business center.
Residents savor the variety found in an industry-first all-inclusive Freedom Dining Program. With three fresh chef-prepared meals daily, residents can choose from a variety of menu options and dining experiences with flexible hours. Coffee, juice, ice cream, and snacks are available all day. Weekly housekeeping service is provided, along with transportation to and from appointments and shopping trips.
Numerous planned activities, social events, and travel opportunities abound. Live-in managers and concierge and valet services are available 24/7, ensuring resident safety. Every resident receives an emergency alert pendant, guaranteeing peace of mind to friends and family that their loved ones are protected during emergencies.
Pets are warmly welcome at Ashwood Square Retirement, with no additional pet deposit. A guest suite is available for residents’ family members to reserve for visits. A travel program whisks residents to any of Resort Lifestyle Communities’ other properties, where they can reserve a guest suite free for one week — meals included.
Fitness and wellness programs including aerobics, weight lifting, yoga, walking clubs, sittercises, and many more boost resident wellness. A beauty salon/barber shop is close on the property. Our Aunt is happy with the Senior apartment living at Ashwood Square. She was not eating properly before moving in and she now has the opportunity for 3 nice meals a day on property. Amenities such as Salon, pharmacy for prescriptions, church services, fitness room with classes and various other holiday activities have been really nice.

Living at Ashwood Square is wonderful! The chef makes amazing meals, we have tons of choices every day, all made fresh! We always have more activities to choose from than we can actually do and great variety. We have wonderful neighbors are very friendly and kind and have made great friends here. Ashwood Square is conveniently located to tons of shopping and restaurants and there is free transportation available for all doctors appointments. We feel very safe here as the community provides safety necklaces and/or watches for us with 24/7 coverage. They even provide valet parking. We love our huge 150 seat movie theatre as we love wstching movies on the big screen! We alao love our housekeeping we have once a week! Its a joy living here at Ashwood!

My parents live at Ashwood Square and absolutely love it! There are multiple activities during the day and themed events periodically throughout the month. The activity bus takes them wherever they need to go, if they choose not to drive their car, and they have made a lot of friends here. The food is very good and lots of variety. The facility itself is spotless and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend Ashwood Square!

The staff at Ashwood is so professional and the residents all seem so happy and content with the amenities offered. There is always an activity going on and each resident is able to find something to do that interests them. Ashwood is a great place to look at if you have a loved one looking to move to independent living!
