My Aunt was recently admitted to this facility on the memory care unit and she Loves it😃. It is an Awesome place. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is so attentive to her needs as well as ours when we visit. So far we have No complaints. We spoke with Gerald a lot to get her admitted and he worked with us and had Excellent communication. Keeping us informed on everything going on with her. The ladies in the Business Office Michelle and the Executive Director Maria were great in explaining everything about payment and informing us about care. The nurse when we visited named Trenelle was Great. I can tell she Loves her job, very attentive to the patients. Overall this is a Great facility and I Highly recommend it‼️

We are so grateful to have found American House for our family. The process of putting a loved one in memory care is very difficult, but they were amazingly helpful and caring. A special thanks to Gerald, who went above and beyond to help us with this transition. We could not recommend it enough. I

My sister received a great care from American House. The staff has been exceptional in the relations & care. The staff have become especial to me. They always show love for Emma & me!

My father is in the memory care unit at American House. My family & I love the care & kindness that he receives. There is a true community feeling in the memory care unit. The staff & residents feel like family. I also have to add how wonderful the staff have been to me and my family as we flounder with emotions on dealing with this new stage in Daddy’s life. - AG 10/21/24
