The cleanest, well staffed, and well decorated assisted living facility that I have been in! The staff genuinely care for the residents. There is a nurse with an amazing voice that was singing to a resident while walking her down the hall ❤️ I'm very impressed with Asher Point!

As we live outside the United States, it was especially challenging to manage everything from afar – but the team at Asher Point in Tyler Texas made it so much easier. Ms. Tisha Cartwright and the entire staff were always professional, friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. From the maintenance crew to the kitchen staff to the administration, everyone truly cares about the residents. Basically the staff is friendly. I believe food served is not done on nutritional guidelines for seniors. There are lots of senior activities to keep us busy with our minds. We play games and I've made new friends. Outside scenery is beautiful. They gave me balloons for my birthday. Being renovated. Under new management.

I looked at multiple locations before my father and I decided to get a room at this facility. I have been pleasantly surprised by how well the staff take care of this complex. Not only have they always taken care of the facility they watch after all of the tenants in ways that assure that our loved ones are truly looked after and protected. The food is great as well as the friendly staff. I have been very pleased for over a year and feel confident that this facility will only continue to improve in the future.
