Atria Willow Park has been a true blessing for our family! I'm extremely happy with the care Dad receives. We looked for the best place for him and we found it! The staff made sure we had everything needed and a smooth move in. Dad always raves about the delicious food! There are so many activities to participate in all day long. The staff truly care about each resident and interact with them in such a friendly way. I love seeing all the residents when I visit. Also, the building is highly maintained to keep a clean, inviting, and peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend Atria Willow Park!

My father has been at Atria Willow Park for almost a year, and I’m so grateful for the care he’s received. Lisa Wallace, the Executive Director, and her team truly go above and beyond to create a welcoming, supportive environment. The staff is attentive, kind, and takes the time to know each resident personally, which gives our family real peace of mind. There’s a strong sense of community, reflected in the compassion and professionalism of everyone there. The food is excellent—Chef Stephen Branch does a wonderful job—and I always enjoy visiting and having lunch. Thank you to Lisa and the entire team for taking such great care of my dad.

Choosing Atria Willow Park was the best decision for our family. The facility itself is beautiful and well-kept, but the caregivers are the real stars—they are patient, kind, and always greet us with a smile. Executive Director Lisa Wallace does an incredible job maintaining a high standard of care. She keeps us perfectly in the loop with helpful monthly newsletters and uses text for quick, urgent updates, which provides so much peace of mind. There are many staff members who make this place special, but Henry holds a special place in our hearts for the way he treats my mom and dad. It’s also wonderful to see there are so many activities to choose from, whether it’s arts and crafts or Wii bowling, there is always something to do. My mother is a big reader, so the library has been a perfect fit for her. I highly recommend Atria to anyone in Tyler looking for a loving, top-tier community.

My father has been living at Atria Willow Park since 2020, and our experience has been truly wonderful. The staff is incredibly loving and attentive, always making sure that all of my dad’s needs are met. They communicate with me regularly and never hesitate to reach out if any concerns arise, which gives me great peace of mind. My dad has formed some meaningful friendships and genuinely enjoys the wide variety of activities offered. It’s comforting to know he’s not only well cared for, but also happy and engaged. The Atria team has truly become like extended family to us, and I’m so grateful for the care and compassion they show every day.
