Artis Senior Living of Palm Coast

I moved my father to Artis four months ago, following nearly 4.5 years living in another Palm Coast memory care community. The difference in his quality of care at Artis is highly praise-worthy. Every Artis person has shown compassion and concern for my father, along with patience, a very necessary quality when considering memory care. I encourage anyone seeking a loving, caring environment for their family member to visit Artis and see for yourself. My only regret is that I didn't move my father to Artis sooner.

This community is absolutely gorgeous. You can tell they care about cleanliness, staff are kind and welcoming, and residents are well groomed. Activities are always going on, and dining services are tasty for the diet restrictions they work with. The management including the executive director are very courteous and on top of things! I would 100% move your family member here if you love them.

I am sharing on behalf of my family who cared for my Dad in his final months. We are deeply grateful for the compassion, dignity, and loving care shown to our loved one during his time at Artis. From our first impression, it was clear this was more than a facility — it was a community filled with genuine kindness and dedication. The Artis Family culture was evident from the start, with friendly greetings from Albert and Jamie. Our move-in and move-out process was seamless thanks to the hard work and attention to detail of Giovani and John, who handled everything — pictures, keys, furniture, temperature adjustments — with care and a smile. We especially want to recognize Roseanne, Maria, Sylvia, Ariel, Shirley, Kim, Ashley, Takeisha, Angela, Cindy, Brittany, Jaime, Lindsay, and the rest of the care team for their exceptional patience, warmth, and support. Their compassion brought comfort during an incredibly difficult journey, and we will always remember the respect and dignity shown each day. The activities team brought tremendous joy to his life. Khalie, Tina, and Ava were creative, energetic, and thoughtful in engaging residents through outings, entertainment, sensory activities, current event discussions, and individualized moments of connection. We will never forget the joy of bowling, petting the pony, tapping his foot to music, and sharing his history with other residents. The dining experience was also wonderful. Family always felt welcome, and the family-style meals were warm, therapeutic, and enjoyable. The quality, variety, and care put into the meals — from breakfasts to desserts and special treats — were greatly appreciated. Knowing our loved one was treated like family meant more than words can express. We are forever grateful for the kindness, dedication, and compassion shown by the entire Artis team. We encourage everyone to consider Artis as a loving place for their family member.

My brother recently had an extended respite stay at Artis of Palm Coast. From the moment we arrived, the team was helpful and attentive - answering our questions and orientating him to the property and services. The care and attention my brother received while we were away was exceptional. The team provided personalized care to meet his unique needs and went out of their way to make him feel at home. We would definitely consider Artis Palm Coast for future respite or long term care needs.
