Everyone is so friendly the staff are very caring and helpful and fun. I wrote this review a year ago. It was owned by Holiday at the time. It was clean and the staff were great and still are. My concern now is the new owners are to busy worrying about money instead of the residents. The food is not great and the dining room is not clean like it should be. This company fired people that worked hard and cared for the people that live here. We try to communicate with corporate but they don’t listen. They don’t have enough people working here to keep this facility running the way it should be. I hope they read this and listen to the people that live here.

Las Palmas has a fantastic and caring staff. The staff goes over and above helping the residents adapt to their new stress free life style. Our activities program helps the residents live life to the fullest. Offering happy hours, Zumba, bingo, educational speakers, chair volleyball, corn hole and so much more. The food is delicious and chef prepared daily with many choices to choose from. The friendly Housekeeping staff cleans the apartments weekly and they keep the building spotless. It’s a family like atmosphere and I’m so lucky to be here.

I’ve been here multiple times visiting friends and have been so incredibly impressed. The environment is so warm and friendly. The staff is extremely professional and truly cares about the wellbeing and overall experience of the residents. The activities scheduled are always changing and full of fun entertainment. I would recommend anyone looking for an exciting, upbeat, caring, living experience to check out Las Palmas!

What a pleasant surprise as I walked up to the front door, several ladies were welcoming me as I passed by to find a friendly staff that invited me on a tour. I was pleasantly surprised at how uplifting the environment was bright and cheery. They had several events that were ongoing to choose from. They had a beautiful pool and a wonderful dining room and great menus when the time comes for me to be in a place where I am taken care of. And have access to vans to take me to stores and to doctors appointments this will be the place that I would choose.
