Me and my family came by a couple days ago to visit my grandma and we were so nervous about her being at arden courts because the place she was at before treated everyone so bad. But I really think I need to write this review because arden courts is amazing compared to other place especially because of one worker Felix. We walked in and my grandma was watching tv and Felix was just standing there talking to her and she was laughing and smiling the whole time. I have never in my life seen anyone just stop what theyre doing to talk to my grandma like that. He came over and introduced himself to us and said if we needed anything he’d be there for us and he really was. And not even just nice to my grandma but he was such a peach with everyone else even the other workers. We heard the phone go off like five times asking for his help and he left every single time to go help his coworkers. He’s like a superhero that really cares. We need more people like that in this world. Seeing how nice he is to our family and to everyone living here and even his coworkers just makes me feel so good about having my grandma here. I’m not exaggerating when I say I really think hes an angel walking on this earth. Thank you arden courts and thank you Felix for giving us peace of mind that we made the right decision for my grandma ❤️
