I have been visiting with my sister in the Evergreen Section (Memory Care) at ArborTerrace for 2.5 years! Overall, the staff for each department is professional, responsive and friendly! Throughout the year(s) many wonderful events are planned! Recently, I attended church with my sister! What a blessing! Most recent was the Luau! What fun was had by everyone! The Arbor Terrace Engagement Team is awesome!

I had a great tour of the community. It is beautiful and the residents were engaged and happy. The apartments are spacious and the bathrooms had all the safety features to make it easy for anyone with mobility challenges. I absolutely love the birds and all of the different activity areas. I was most impressed with the Memory neighborhood. It was clean and the residents were engaged and happy. The staff is very friendly. Erin gave a fantastic tour and is very knowledgeable and professional.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Arbor Terrace Senior Living in Seabrook, Maryland, and I can honestly say it left such a positive impression on me. The first thing I noticed was how well the residents are cared for..not just physically, but emotionally. The staff truly treat them like family, and you can feel the warmth as soon as you walk in. I had the opportunity to DJ a Juneteenth celebration there, and it was such a beautiful, wholesome experience. Seeing the residents laughing, dancing, and enjoying themselves really showed how much Arbor Terrace prioritizes creating a joyful and engaging environment. The team went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included and celebrated, which speaks volumes about the level of care and dedication they put into their work every single day. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and feels like a true community. You can tell the residents are happy and well taken care of, and that makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a place where your loved ones will be treated with genuine compassion and respect, Arbor Terrace Senior Living is exactly that.

The facility was inviting and very clean. The staff was amazing and very engaged in the activities and attending the residents. Everyone seemed to be happy and excited. It was a nice day.
