The Sky Bridge at Town Center – The Parc

My family was met by Shanique Harris-Angus and she explained every aspect the facility’s care routines, activities, and all the amenities offered. This is the first time I’ve ever had to consider out of home care for my dad and therefore my anxiety about this was high. She immediately began to calm me with solid information and a tour that allowed me to see the facility and the occupants in a regular day routine. Everyone we passed genuinely seem happy , pleasant, enjoying themselves. This gave me great comfort. Shanique was very informative and answered all of My questions. If there was a question she was unsure of she went out of the office to get someone who could give Me that answer. Her bright smile and calming demeanor was exactly what I needed. She explained to me next steps if I was interested….and I definitely was? And gave me all The necessary information and packets to begin the process of admittance. This was a week ago and Shanique has been available for me either by phone, text or email. I have never felt alone in this process and I’m not finished yet! She’s very professor she’s very personable and warm. I’m sooo very thankful for her. I honestly feel that God puts the right people in your life or path by favor. She’s truly an angel! I am excited about my dad becoming a resident and I know that this experience is going to bring his life to new heights! Shanique has been a prerequisite to all the other staff I’ve met there. They all have been so knowledgeable, kind, professional, and CARING! My family has found it’s extended home🥰

I had the pleasure of having a tour of The Parc and Arch by Shanique Harris-Angus. She was very professional and personable. She answered all my questions with clarity and didn't hestitate to show me around highlighting the amenities. She also explained the difference between independent, assisted and memory care living residences there. Although, the Sky Bridge is a nice facility for seniors it didn't fit my lifestyle right now. Competent/knowledgeable staff ( Allyson and Shaunique!) they brand the company and facility very well. The decor is beautiful as well as the rooms and facility is clean. The staff and residents are extremely cordial. I would certainly place my mom at Sky Bridge. Geographically centrally located! Facility nurse (Baptise (sp)) knowledgeable and friendly! The tour at Sky Bridge was so amazing it left me wanting to move right in as opposed to my loved one that I was taking the tour for. The warm and friendly Welcome Greeting received from Ms. Margretta when I first called on the phone and then received as I walked into the entrance at the Sky Bridge at Town Center was so overwhelming and delightfully given with the most beautiful smile. She is a professional breath of fresh air. Let's talk about Mrs. Rochelle Clarke, one of the most inviting Sales Director that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The professionalism and her expertise and knowledge of the Establishment was well presented. The property and the amenities are a dream wish list come true. I am sorry that I put off visiting this property for so long, especially given the time that I have lived right here in this community and actually watched the building of such a beautiful establishment. Grateful to see something of this statue sitting here in the Prince George's County.
