⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I walked into Sky Bridge Senior Living, I was truly impressed. The entire facility is absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed in a way that feels both comfortable and welcoming. What really stood out to me, though, was the hospitality. Everyone I encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. My tour guide, Shanique, was exceptional. She was incredibly informative, took her time to understand what we were looking for, and showed a great deal of empathy and compassion throughout the entire experience. She made us feel heard and supported, which meant a lot. Overall, this place exceeded expectations in every way. Five stars all around, I would highly recommend Sky Bridge Senior Living to anyone looking for a place where both the environment and the people truly make a difference.

I had the pleasure of having a tour of The Parc and Arch by Shanique Harris-Angus. She was very professional and personable. She answered all my questions with clarity and didn't hestitate to show me around highlighting the amenities. She also explained the difference between independent, assisted and memory care living residences there. Although, the Sky Bridge is a nice facility for seniors it didn't fit my lifestyle right now. The tour at Sky Bridge was so amazing it left me wanting to move right in as opposed to my loved one that I was taking the tour for. The warm and friendly Welcome Greeting received from Ms. Margretta when I first called on the phone and then received as I walked into the entrance at the Sky Bridge at Town Center was so overwhelming and delightfully given with the most beautiful smile. She is a professional breath of fresh air. Let's talk about Mrs. Rochelle Clarke, one of the most inviting Sales Director that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The professionalism and her expertise and knowledge of the Establishment was well presented. The property and the amenities are a dream wish list come true. I am sorry that I put off visiting this property for so long, especially given the time that I have lived right here in this community and actually watched the building of such a beautiful establishment. Grateful to see something of this statue sitting here in the Prince George's County.

Wonderful experience, Allyson gave my mom, my sister and I a warm welcome and tour of the complex. My mom said “what an excellent place for a 90 year old to live” we all agree the rooms, amenities , staff and residents are friendly and most of all Happy!!! This is a place you should definitely check out, but wait NEVERMIND we have to make sure there’s room for mom
