We felt comfortable here. I took my mom and dad here for a tour and the property was gorgeous, the people were nice, and I felt the compassion and care. My guide was Josh who did a fantastic job at easing our worries and answering what questions he could. They had singers during our visit and I loved how the music lifted the spirits of the residents and staff. We were impressed by the amount of good activities they had for the residents to do. I can say my parents are impressed and the left with a smile even with this being a difficult time for them.

Arbor Terrace is a leading assisted living facility for Knoxville. Working in healthcare, I can attest to how it compares to others in the area. I cannot recommend Arbor terrace Knoxville highly enough. What truly sets this community apart is the phenomenal staff. Their compassion, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to residents' well-being are evident in every interaction. Beyond the incredible people, the cleanliness of the facility is always pristine, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment. The overall atmosphere is one of warmth, joy, and respect, making it a truly wonderful place for residents to thrive. There are two individuals, I have worked with a great deal. And I would like for everyone to know how wonderful they truly were. First is miss Tina, she was delightly helpful with all questions as well as giving a tour of the facility and easing our minds. Next is miss Amber who is in charge of maintenance, well she was able to get moms room ready amd help hang her tv. Even though all the employees are very busy they always make time for their residents and their family members with a smile on their face. Choosing Arbor terrace has been one of the best decisions we've made, and I wholeheartedly encourage anyone seeking exceptional care to visit.

Wow,….. my wife and I have such positive feelings and positive experiences with the Arbor Terrace Staff !!! We’ve been care givers for my Mother in law(Gran) for 5 years. She has dementia and has about 1-2 minutes of short term memory. Repeating same questions over and over. Day after day. It wears you down. We needed a break. Enter Arbor Terrace! We arranged for 1 month of respite care so we could get “our batteries “ charged up again. Tina and Josh handled Gran’s admission and all the staff were so tirelessly kind to our Gran. We can’t thank all of them enough. I’m a retired Registered Nurse. I believe that the care the Arbor Terrace staff give is a gift in their characters. A compassion that cannot be taught. When my wife and I can no longer maintain our Gran’s care, she will definitely be back at Arbor Terrace. p.s. “Dobie” also says Thank You for taking care of Gran!
