Our family could not be more grateful for the care and support our Mom receives at Arbor Terrace of Herndon. Nicole and her team consistently go above and beyond, and what truly stands out is that this level of care isn’t treated as exceptional, it’s simply how they operate every day. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely compassionate, and they treat residents like family. The community itself is always immaculately clean, bright, and comfortable whenever we visit, which gives us tremendous peace of mind. More importantly, we know Mom is surrounded by people who truly care about her wellbeing and happiness. It’s hard to fully express how thankful we are for Nicole and the entire Arbor Terrace team. We honestly can’t imagine a better place for our Mom to call home. We wholeheartedly recommend Arbor Terrace of Herndon to any family looking for a safe, caring, and supportive environment for their loved one.

We recently visited the Arbor community and we were genuinely impressed. The staff greeted us with kindness from the moment we walked in, and you could feel the sense of care they have for the residents. The building was clean, bright, and welcoming, and the residents I saw seemed comfortable and engaged. The team took time to answer every question without rushing us, which meant a lot. This visit gave me real peace of mind about the level of support they provide.

I had the pleasure of touring the Arbor Terrace Community in August 2025. I found it to be clean well maintained with spacious personal living areas. I really liked the quaint screened in coffee room that faced the street, nice touch. The Community director Ms. Joelle was so warm, friendly and outgoing. As we toured the apts she knew all the likes and dislikes of each individual resident. Ms. Joelle was very helpful and advised me of County programs that assist with my residenicy. I think anyone would enjoy their life while living at Arbor Terrace.

I had the pleasure of coming to Arbor Terrace Senior Living facility as an art vendor. I came in to teach some art classes for the summer and I had such as great time. We did a sunset canvas painting with hot air balloons in the distance on one day and created pillows from scratch on another day. I had a really great time teaching the class and getting to know the ladies there who participated. They were very sweet and creative. Being a full time high school art teacher, these classes were like a breath of fresh air. The workers in the facility made it super easy to come set up and were very communicable if I had any questions. I would definitely come back as a vendor or even to volunteer if they needed.
