Exceptional Care at Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel Arbor Terrace in Mount Laurel is a truly special place. Jess from Sales & Marketing is incredibly warm and dedicated she goes above and beyond to make everyone feel supported. The Memory Care Program, led by the compassionate and knowledgeable Kathy, is outstanding and provides truly personalized care. The entire staff, from the Executive Director to the front-line team, creates a welcoming, supportive environment. The community itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Dining is a highlight—delicious meals served with care and attention. Arbor Terrace isn’t just a senior living community it’s a place where residents and families feel valued and at home. We had been looking for an Assisted Living facility for our aunt and had visited several in the area. As soon as we entered Arbor Terrace, we felt that this was a special place where our aunt would be happy, safe, and well taken care of. We arranged a second visit, bringing our aunt to see how she felt. She expressed that she felt that she could be very happy there. She moved in last month and I cannot say enough about the staff and their responsiveness, not just to her but to us. We truly feel that we have found partners in caring for her.

Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel from the moment you walk through the doors leaves you feeling welcomed and reassured. The community is beautiful, clean and serves delicious meals, but what makes it truly special are the team inside. Punam, the Executive Director, is always available to help and leads with passion. I’ve worked closely with Jessica and Amanda who go above and beyond ensuring residents and families are well supported throughout the community. Arbor provides amazing dementia education to other professionals as well. The memory care program is exceptional and I’m especially grateful to Kathy Dallas who not only provided her expertise in dementia care, but guided me with support and much needed hands on recommendations for my loved one who lives with memory challenges. It’s clear that this team delivers a peace of mind with education, passion, and heart. Thank you for being a trusted partner and helping my family!

Excellence all the way around! My Dad transferred here from another Assisted Care to be closer to family. We were nervous the transition would be rough. From the 1st day, he felt like this was home. Update to my review: I cannot leave a review without mentioning Amanda in Sales who helped us transition seamlessly to the facility. From the beginning, her enthusiasm and professionalism was apparent and she followed up several times after my Dad moved in to make sure he was settled and had everything we needed. Thank you so much Amanda! The entire staff too is amazing, caring and attentive.. My dad is coming from another facility in NYC but wished we went with Arbor from the beginning. It feels like home for Dad!
