Arbor Terrace, Fulton is a hidden gem!! The community is modern beautiful and bright, and the receptionists Stephanie and Kiola, are always warm and welcoming. I cannot say enough about how happy my family and I are that we chose Arbor Terrace as our mother’s new home! The team members from sales, engagement, nursing, resident aides, pt, and kitchen staff have all been very kind and helpful in transitioning my mother into the community. As one resident stated, “Arbor employees make you feel like family”, and I couldn’t agree more! There are many employees who have played an integral part in welcoming my mother, and I would be remiss in not mentioning a few who stand out. Wehi, sales director, has gone above and beyond to accommodate my mother’s needs and is a pleasure to work with. Tracy, the engagement director, and her staff Fran and Susan are amazing!! Their positive energy is genuine and electric. They engage the residents to participate in the broad range of fun activities that are offered each day and genuinely care about the residents. I truly cannot say enough about their selfless compassion and dedication in helping the residents feel at home and inclusive. It is heartwarming. The nursing staff, med techs and Fox rehabilitation have also been exceptional and nurturing with this difficult transition. In addition, her ra, Mekdbwit, is very helpful and pleasant to be around. Mom has enjoyed many new activities these past months, especially the music, and made several friends along the way. I have been to other communities in the area first hand, and walking into Arbor is upbeat, welcoming and simply, “a breath of fresh air”. Thank you to the Arbor team for all your hard work!! It is a relief knowing my mother is in a safe and cheerful environment and well taken care of.

Arbor Terrace is a great place from the beginning with the Community Sales Director Uluwehi to the nurse, aides, front desk, and the entire staff. They are compassionate, caring and friendly. Additionally, it’s a beautiful place, lots of light and plenty of opportunities for the residents to enjoy.

After looking at so many assisted living facilities and memory care centers in the Montgomery county Maryland area, we landed on Arbor Terrace for my mother with progressing Alzheimer’s. The care and kindness from every single staff member we have met has been astronomical. I think it takes very special people to do what they do, and so graciously. My mother so far loves all the activities. She’s kept busy, engaged and socializes constantly. And the relief I’ve felt that though this decision had to be made to move her here, there is (in my opinion) no better place for her to be. A big thank you to all the amazing staff.

Arbor Terrace Fulton has been great for my parents. My mother receives excellent care - the nurses and aids are kind, responsive, and respectful. The wide array of activities keep my father busy and intellectually stimulated. The only issue is that the dining room is too small. I would like to see them take out the large grill area (which I hear is rarely used) so there is more space for tables
