My mother in law has been a resident of Arbor Landing since October 2025. We could not have made a better decision. She is very content there and gets great care. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and cozy. Andrea Tehan was very helpful to me getting Ruth moved in. Price is very reasonable. I would recommend Arbor Landing for a person needing long term care.

Arbor Landing Pawleys is such a beautiful community. Thank you to Andrea for my recent tour. She didn’t leave out a single detail regarding this gorgeous place. The residents I encountered were all happy, the staff was very friendly and the food smelled amazing. If you’re looking for a senior living solution go take a tour. You’ll be glad you did!

I can't say enough good things about Arbor Landing! We placed my mother in memory care for a respite visit and had the best experience! Every single staff member we interacted with was amazing - very caring, patient and just lovely! And Andrea is incredible helping navigate the process, deal with insurance, etc. When the time comes this is where we will be placing my mother.

Arbor Landing in Pawleys Island SC has been my mom’s home for over 3 years. She resides in the Memory Care unit; has excellent daily care and receives love and respect from all of her caretakers. Planned activities for the residents include music, arts and crafts, bingo, story reading, exercise, outings and more. Our activity directors take time to plan each month with care. The admin staff is warm, friendly, caring and communicative with the families. They take pride in their building and outside courtyards. Arbor Landing is a close-knit community and I am thankful my mother resides here.
