My mom has been at Arbor Landing for a little over a year and we both love this facility. Linda, Amy and Kaitlyn along with the rest of the staff, are caring, attentive and truly treat the residents like family. They are always willing to answer questions and go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe. We are grateful for the compassion they show every day. If you are looking for a wonderful safe place that feels like home this is it.

As the final chapter of my Dad’s journey in life is approaching my wife and I cannot envision a better place for my wonderful father to be. The medical and professional staff at Arbor Landing has been nothing short of fantastic. One could not ask for a more caring and loving environment dad is in. Though we are 300 miles away, my wife and I feel so very assured that Dad’s wants & needs are constantly being met. Arbor Landing is the best possible place for my dad. They not only help & assist him, they reassure my wife and I that though we are far away he is being cared for as if we are there. One cannot imagine the relief that provides to us. If your need for care of a loved one is needed, then I highly recommend the fine folks at Arbor Landing at Ocean Isle Beach

I moved my elderly parents into Arbor Landing, OIB mid to late September 2025. The move was seamless. Linda was very helpful in answering all of my questions pre-move and kept me informed as to when their apartment would be ready. Informational materials were thorough. Staff is great! Activity schedule wants for nothing. The resident can participate as much or as little as they desire. Having We Care At Home on site is so nice. Services can be added/deleted as status warrants. Everything a resident would ever need is available. I can't say enough about the staff. Kaitlyn in the business office works with our investment firm to be sure payments are made...something my mother doesn't need to worry about. Housekeeping is friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about Linda. Always a smile and a ready ear. She knows EVERY resident. Arbor Landing has been a godsend for my folks...now just my mother. Recently given a face lift, it is a welcoming and beautiful place for my Mom.

I am so happy with Arbor Landing at Ocean Isle! We moved my dad in back in February. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. The facility is clean and inviting. Plenty of staff on hand at any given time. The staff there goes above and beyond to ensure my dad is safe and happy. Arbor Landing is what all assisted living facilities should strive to be like.
