Arbor Grove has taken such great care of my grandmother. They are attentive to her needs and keep open communication with our family. When you walk through the doors you feel like family. It is very apparent that the staff truly cares about their residents.

The customer service at this place is ridiculous. I don’t know who hired the lady that answers the phone but they need to be reconsidered. I have never been talked to the way she talked to me when I called about a referral. I would never take a loved one here if this is the way the staff talks to the residents and family. Do better.
