⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Antioch Valley to anyone looking for quality assisted living care. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and truly feels like home. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and well cared for. A special recognition to the Director of Nursing, Jessica Arnold—her leadership has made a noticeable difference. She brings professionalism, strong communication, and a genuine heart for both the residents and staff. You can tell she truly cares, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. It gives great peace of mind knowing loved ones are in such capable and caring hands. Antioch Valley is a wonderful community!

I cannot say enough great things about Antioch Valley and the leadership of the new Director of Nursing. The building is clean, well-maintained, and truly feels like home the moment you walk in. The staff are attentive, compassionate, and clearly take pride in the care they provide. The new Director of Nursing has brought a noticeable level of professionalism, organization, and heart to the team. Communication has been excellent, and it’s clear that both residents and staff are supported at a high level. It gives great peace of mind knowing loved ones are in such capable and caring hands. My brother has recently moved here, was purchased by the Tuttera group in December, private pay and Medicaid. I have two favorite people I would highly recommend that have been very helpful to me. Tracy at the front desk was my right hand, every question or suggestion she gave me was spot on, she recently was Employee of the month that was very well deserved! Brandon has helped me with billing issues, his office is when you walk in and accepts any question and takes care of any concern or issues immediately. I trust him explicitly. He also has come and talked with my brother about any concern and is a problem solver. Answer emails immediately. I would recommend when you are meeting with sales, have Brandon at your meeting, he’s very transparent. The food is very good and many choices, the dining room staff is helpful. Nursing works very hard and the Nursing Director, Jessica is direct thru email. They have a ‘mental health’ team that will see residents.

I am a resident at Antioch valley, for over a year now. I truly believe this place is a home like environment. I love how the nursing staff makes you feel like their family in the care they give. The new adon Rebecca is the best thing that has happened to the building. She truly has changed the facility for the better. She makes your wants and needs a personal agenda for her to make your everyday; a Great one!
