Amira is a loving attentive community. Our parent received excellent care and love. The Memory Care unit is like a family. I highly recommend this facility. We are so glad that our parent could be at Amira in Forest Lake.

I highly recommend Amira Choice in Forest Lake, MN. The facility and staff are excellent!!! They take exceptional care of their residents. My loved one spent the last 16 months in their their memory care unit. They treated my loved with the utmost care, dignity, and respect. Residents live in an apartment, not just a room. They have their own bathroom and shower. My loved one was unable to speak, but that was no obstacle. They organize activities to keep their residents engaged. My loved one was initially sent to a different memory care facility, but within days we knew we couldn't leave him there. Then we found Amira and what a difference! I am forever grateful for the staff at Amira for their care, love, and support. My loved one was well treated!!!

Toured Amira Choice in Forest Lake with my husband to see if it might be a good, we toured the whole building, seen many of the amenities. It felt like a good fit so we set up a second tour and brought mom along. They showed us the whole place all over again. The residents were friendly, the staff was friendly and they have lots of amenities to keep her busy. The best part is that mom will be able to keep her cat which is very important to her. We look forward to helping mom move in soon.

We are very thankful for the kind attention my mom is receiving in memory care. The staff is incredibly attentive to her needs and also supportive of my dad, who lives in an independent senior apartment in the building. They welcome his daily visits and treat her with dignity, which was my biggest concern when she moved here. Mom often remarks on how helpful everyone is. She is content and my dad is relieved and beginning to find new rhythms for himself. Although her disease is difficult, the Cherrywood Pointe staff has certainly eased the journey for our family. It’s a great place to call home.
