RN’s are fantastic! Many of the aides a very good but some need more training. All of my nurses were very professional and always exceed my expectations. Alexis, Andrew, Ibermah, Dawn, Melissa, Anabel, I’m missing the name of one of the best RN are the I’m sorry but I can’t remember. She worked days. The food was good. PT worked hard but a couple of treatments that I was supposed to have never took place. PA Julie Ligday was excellent and was always ready to listen and not in a hurry. I would recommend TCU at Cerenity.

Prompt, friendly, go above and beyond to accommodate my brother’s admission to TCU. I am pleased with the staff - aides, nurses, and cleaners. Meals are prepared with a dietary plan.

My mom lives at Cerenity. Always short staffed. Staff never stay. Always problems with billing . No one returns phone calls. Filed complaint with vulnerable adults.

She is Lutheran and moat of everything was catholic. On weekends, the facility needs more experienced nursing assistants. She likes to watch nighttime news, but nursing assistant told her she is going to bed at 8:30 (even though she asked to stay up till 10). This happened 3 times. Doctor is difficult to understand, as she has an accent. My mom didn't complain about it, of course, since the doc didn't show up much. This is my complaint. Food was great!!! My mom loved it!!! She always asked to eat in the dining room, but they only took her there half the time. I needed to show up to take her there the other half of the time, otherwise she would continue to sit in her room, just like the rest of the day. Nurses were absolutely wonderful. They were concerned with her getting better with beds and other care. PT and OT were absolutely wonderful too. Overall, the placee is the best place I think she could have ever gone to for care. Thank you!!!
