First of all I can't thank the staff of American House enough for their kindness, knowledge and understanding of the very difficult situation to transition your loved one into a new home. We all know how hard it is for anyone to leave their home and surroundings that are so cherished. My Sister has a strong personality and very out spoken, very hard to take in my heart especially when we made it known to her she was moving to where she could be helped and watched over because of health reason. A miracle happened in less than a month! She is at Home! Didn't think it would happen so quickly, I thought it was going to be a long fight in my heart did we make the right decision? Well I am here to tell you we did. Her personality has come back to her sweetheart self! She has made friends enjoying all that American House has to offer. I attribute all this turn around to every staff person at American House and can't thank you enough Love From Our Family

American House Zephyrhills feels like a family run assisted living home. We are very happy with them for many reasons. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with smiles from the residents, as well as the staff. The ambiance is that of a nice hotel, the services are similar, and the vibe is very positive. Watching my mom joking around with the staff, hanging out with her friends, their attentiveness and being comfortable in her own space, confirms our choice. American House keeps us posted with any concerns or issues, as well as addressing any immediate needs. She says she feels safe and happy. For us, it is peace of mind. My parents have lived at American House in Zephyrhills for a couple of years now. Recently mom needed memory care but there was not a space available for her. All of the top staff worked together to help me get care for here there while we waited for a spot to open up. I can't thank everyone enough for the extra effort they went to in helping Mom during this transistion. Roger, Keaton, Jackie and Aurelia worked as a team to set up the best possile situation for her. I don't know what I would have done without their help. Now, after many weeks, my Mom is adjusting to her new digs there. She loves the staff and appreciates that she has lots of option for keeping her busy everyday. Jackie is compassionate and caring. She keeps me informed and makes me feel safe leaving my Mom in her hands. I do not live nearby so this gives me peace of mind. I found out the hard way, there's nothing like being worried about the well-being of elderly loved ones. They can be so vulnerable. Knowing Mom is safe, cared for and happy is so reassuing. American House memory care staff do everything I could hope for. Thank you so much!

American house is awesome. We moved my mom in 3 months ago and couldn't be happier. The staff is kind and caring. As soon as you walk through the door you can feel the positive vibes. The residents that we have met are very friendly. The apartments are quite spacious compared to some other facilities I have seen. The food is really good. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents busy. And, you can bring your dog. What more can a person ask for, this place is great.
