I recently toured several Independent Living communities while doing research for a friend, and of all the places I visited, American House Park Place truly exceeded my expectations. As someone who has worked in the senior industry for over 25 years, I tend to walk into communities with both a critical eye and high standards. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth of the environment, the professionalism of the staff, and the overall feel of the community. I had the opportunity to meet Lance Helton and April Myers, and both were knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the residents they serve. They took the time to answer questions thoroughly and spoke about the community with pride and authenticity — something that really matters in this field. The building was clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Residents appeared engaged and comfortable, and there was a genuine sense of community throughout. I would confidently recommend American House Park Place to anyone exploring independent living options for themselves or a loved one.

What a beautiful community! American House Park Place is a wonderful senior living option in Warren, Michigan. The atrium is so relaxing. There is so much to say about this community, from the excellent food, great amenities, and the compassionate staff! April Myers is such a wonderful representative for them. She is so patient and kind. She truly represents American House with grace and excellence! If you are looking to make a move for yourself, or a loved one, do yourself a favor and check out this community!

My family recently had a tour here, the community is gorgeous and it looked very well maintained. I knew it was going to be a good experience when (I believe her name was Amanda) answered the phone and answered ALL of my questions before even scheduling the tour. April was super helpful while doing the tour and seemed extremely knowledgeable. The residents all looked happy which was nice to see!

Love classic cars? American House Park Place had our own ‘dream cruise’. Everything from the 1920s to now! This annual event is part of Grandparents Day. Lots of food, raffles, and plenty of fun stuff for the kids-including a bounce house, petting zoo, and pony rides. The Warren Fire department was there too with working dog Zeus. I saw so many beautiful classic cars and had a wonderful afternoon speaking with their proud owners. This is just one of the many events American House Park Place offers their residents !
