My parents were hesitant to move out of their home but JJ helped my family see the benefits to moving to the American House. He really makes us feel like family and I feel so blessed know he is looking out for my parents. The food is great, the activities are fun and the people are so nice. Definitely recommend the American House!

Today John Jenkins community Relations Director gave me a tour of American House in Milford Michigan. He answered all my questions and helped me understand the ins and outs of Senior living for my Sister and Brother-in - Law. He took plenty of time to answer all my questions. We discussed the costs and services available that American House offers its residents. He helped make me feel comfortable and offered his services at any time.

JJ is an angel placed into our lives! We moved my mom in a few months ago. On her first day there she happened to fall and ended up in the hospital and rehab. JJ actually visited my mom at the rehab center to let her know that she was missed. He didn't even know her yet! My mom has happily been living at American House now for a couple of months and loves it! The staff goes out of their way to be kind. Jaiden and Jalisa, the house cleaning team, have also gone out of their way to help my mom! There’s just so many positives! The food is incredible (thank you Ethan!) and the place is spotless. My mom also loves the many social events. Heather made sure to stop by and talk with us several times and JJ, once again, makes everyone smile every time he’s around! This has helped her mental state so much! We can’t say enough good things about AH, Milford!

My mother has been at American House Milford for 10 years. The staff is amazing and treat my mother with respect and empathy. Always working hard for the residents to have a great experience. Strong and caring leadership - “we are just guests for in our residents homes”.
