J.J. is so wonderful! The knowledge & patience of this man is amazing! I brought my parents & they loved what American House has to offer. We visited several times & never saw anything concerning here. Its clean, well-run & all the people are so nice. The ONLY reason my parents didn't move has to do the political climate right now. Medicare premiums are expected to double & they felt the need to hold tight where they are until they see what is going to happen. I would highly recommend scheduling a tour with American House & J.J. Go see for yourself.

We recently moved my mom into American House in Milford and JJ is by far one of the kindest, most genuine people I have met throughout this entire process. He is so caring and helpful that it made this very difficult decision a little bit easier, knowing that someone like him was in the building, looking out for everyone’s best interest. We moved my mother in law in to American House Milford about 3 months ago. We worked with JJ and he is incredible. He was able to answer most of our questions off the cuff. Anything he couldn't recall off the top of his head he always had answer for us within 24 hours. I don't know how he does it but he remembers everyone's name all the time. He was always available for us when we had questions and always made time for us no matter how busy he seemed. If you are looking at the milford American house for a family member I would highly recommend asking for JJ if you plan on taking a tour. He is a wealth of information.

I was a Walk-In two months ago and the experience I had with JJ was life-changing for me. JJ gave me the strength to have faith and believe in myself. I found this community to be very friendly and caring about each other. I had visited other communities but after visiting (Milford) and meeting with JJ, the decision to move here was easy. Since being here, I'm happier and enjoy life more. The community is very welcoming, clean and bright. I'm enjoying all the activities offered and would definitely recommend American House Milford. By the way, the food is pretty good, too.
