To begin with our family is very appreciative to have our mother at such a wonderful assisted living senior community. American House East I is by far a premiere Assisted Living Home. Amanda Pomaville is a miracle worker! Amazing arrangements were made for our Mom to move into her 1 bedroom apartment in a very short window of time. We felt 100% sure that our Mother would thrive in the environment with the caring team that was there to welcome her and start her transition into her new lifestyle flawlessly. We are so grateful, thankful and blessed. from Traci Mercer 💗

I moved my father in around the third week of October of 2024. I continue to tell anyone that will listen to me drone on about how wonderful this community is! The building itself while quite expansive has a cozy feel with areas containing carpet and wood trim which fit my father's personality much better than the ceramic and glass in many of the brand new builds that are out there. The staff has been absolutely amazing! From the kitchen staff (the food is actually pretty tasty, too!) to the front office staff to the housekeepers and Med administrators, they have all been kind, compassionate, and continue to help me on what has been a very difficult journey. I don't know where I would be right now if it were not for American House East one and it's awesome staff!

Me and my father visited Freedom Place Roseville today. I was impressed the minute I walked in. The climate was very welcoming and the residents looked to be happy and content. Jade gave us a tour, she was very friendly and made me feel as if she’d be willing to help me through the process as if it was her very own dad. I really appreciate take.

Nice and friendly staff. It is disturbing me that residents with dementia are not fed. Food is brought to their table and most of them can't even open plastic containers to eat or don't connect that they should use fork and eat. Most of them stars at food but not able to feed themselves. There are no water or drinks offered all the time to keep them hydrated. Please improve the quality and help residents by feeding them and keeping them hydrated. What was promised for the charges is not delivered.
